Two identical buildings are positioned in mirrored alignment along Eiženijas Street to maximize sunlight and preserve the central hill. A clear functional sequence transitions from parking and ramps near the street to natural landscape zones deeper within the site.

The natural hill forms the heart of the courtyard, withpathways, terraces, and landscape elements organised around it. A smallpavilion at the top and a playground in the flat northern area create a varied, green and community-oriented outdoor environment.

Architecturally, the project follows a calm and rational aesthetic characterized by warm light facades, dark window frames, and carefully composed details. Integrating part of the parking underground reduces surface occupation and preserves the natural character of the landscape.

All apartments receive either morning or evening sun, supported by floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies or terraces. Corner living rooms feature corner glazing for enhanced views and spatial quality.

Combined with generous balconies, corner windows, and fully accessible entrances, the development provides a compact yet high-quality living environment where architecture and terrain work together as one unified whole.
