The historical KIMMEL factory area has been a unique and special area in Riga City for two centuries. The proposal turns KIMMEL QUARTER into a lively urban hub for business, leisure and culture and blends new spatial and urban qualities in the city scale. The project has received a 2nd prize in open international competition.
