The project consists of four-storey buildings arranged in line and forming a street front with their connecting parts in a well-defined and active street space. It functions as a frame for three green courtyards in the southern part of the territory, completely devoted to peaceful recreation and void of any parking lots.

The entrance levels of the building are designed at street level to ensure entrances without significant ramps and stairs - for easy accessibility.

In the central courtyard there is a shed for shared use. It’s a space for neighborhood events that create a sense of belonging.
