One of the key requirements for the proposal was to preserve the view corridors connecting Āgenskalns, Ķīpsala, and Rīga Center. These corridors will not only provide visual connections but will also extend the green network from Āgenskalns neighborhood to Zunda canal.

One of the key elements of Zunda Park territory is the central park. Due to the triangular shape and significant size of the land, it is crucial to establish a green area in the center of the territory. There is a direct access to the central park almost from all building blocks.
