Building architecture creates unified and calm residential quarter. Building blocks divides the long facades into smaller sections with inviting entrances to the courtyard.

Pitched roof volumes creating unique silhouette

One of the main landscape elements is the newly built canal that serves as a rainwater collector. It is designed as a recreational zone for local inhabitants as it might get windy in this area and the lowered canal zone works as a hideout. A bridge over the canal connects buildings and creates an extended courtyard area for local inhabitants.

Building is made of concrete blocks and CLT/glulam constructions. Timber facades with loggias around the building covers it from the wind and at the same time opens many views to the river.
