The concept of organizing the area is based on a desire to separate pedestrian and car flows and to create a pedestrian and cyclist friendly public area around which all the functions of the sports center will be located.

Located at the entrance of the site when coming from the tram station, the Multifunctional Sports Hall exhibits all its facilities to the public pedestrian stripe. The entire building is organised as a continuous and flat level, forbidding any stairs or slope to take place. The horizontal and transparante volume created by the running track, embrace the landscape and minimize its visual impact by keeping it’s height as reduced as possible.

Currently multiple trees are growing in the territory of The Paralympic Sports Center, which will be preserved to the utmost possibilities and new vegetation - trees and other plants - will be situated in the area. Existing trees and newly planted trees will form an extension of Bisumuiza Park and enrich the existing ecosystem.
