The apartment block consists of six different volumes. The height of the volumes drops down from 6 levels to 4 levels next to Mazā Daugava. The upper levels of the volumes are shaped in the way to create expansive terraces on the well-insultated side.

The concept of the landscape is a green island for each building volume. The green islands serve as buffer zones that give privacy and distance from public flow for the apartments on the ground floor. Benches, playgrounds and other landscape materials are integrated in the islands.
